Isoquest Project Management (IPM) is a network of independent consultants specializing in international projects of short duration from 3-18 months in Europe, Asia and North America with occasional activities in Africa and Latin America.

IPM acts as an extension of the client’s management or takes direct and “hands-on” management of the client’s projects to meet the objectives of the assignment.

While IPM‘s activities are not industry-specific, such activities and experiences have been in industries such as automotive, electronics, communications, medical equipment, energy, aircraft, metals and others in such countries as the USA, France, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, Singapore, India, the Philippines and China.

Assignments can generally be classified as follows:

  • Negotiation of licensing, JV and acquisitions.
